Your business doesn't need more effort. It needs structure to hold the next level.

Close, hands-on support for business owners who already know how to make things happen, but need to turn effort into structure, better clients and predictability to make the next jump in revenue.

I want to apply to Quinta Essência

Applying doesn't guarantee you a place.
We'll go through your answers and only invite people who are a good fit to a follow-up interview.

You binge strategies,
save content, try tools and keep changing the plan.

You don't need more content.strategy.tools.You need order.

Not because you can't, but because nobody's ever shown you what comes first in your business.

Michelle Luk
  • 01

You've already proved you can deliver and sell. But the business still depends 100% on you.

  • 02

Every month seems to call for a new strategy. And none of them fixes what's actually stuck.

  • 03

You know you need structure. You just don't know where to start without stopping what already sells.

Quinta
is for you
if you…

Be honest:

You're not trying to survive. You're trying to stop carrying the growth on your back.

And you've probably noticed that the workarounds that got you here won't come with you to the next level.
That's exactly the shift we build in Quinta.

Quinta isn't for you if you…

  • don't sell yet any service, consultancy or programme;
  • want a ready-made formula to go viral;
  • want a recorded course to watch, not implement;
  • aren't ready to do the work right now, or don't have the time for it.

01 Europe

Selling in Europe takes more
than translating your offer.

You send the proposal, they say thanks, and the conversation goes cold.
You jump to conclusions: "it's my English", "she didn't like the price", "I'm not ready".

Most of the time, it's none of that. It's the sales logic you brought with you from another market.

European clients research more, compare suppliers, ask for a written proposal and decide at their own pace. Read through another market's playbook, that pause looks like disinterest. So you give up too soon, or push in a way that puts people off.

Michelle Luk on a street in Madrid

It's not about erasing your experience. It's about adapting your offer, your conversations and your delivery to the market you want to sell in.

And that doesn't start with the language. It starts with finding where your business gets stuck.

02 The mechanism

Bottleneck first.
Everything else after.

Every business runs on four gears. When one jams, it holds the other three back.

01

Product

What you sell, to whom, for how much, and the natural next step for that client.

02

Marketing

How the right people find you and get your point of view.

03

Sales

How interest turns into a conversation, a proposal, a follow-up and a sale.

04

Operations

How processes, numbers and tech carry the delivery without everything landing on you.

In week one,
we find out which one is stuck.

No lectures to sit through, no to-do list dumped on you.

You score the four gears. I give you my read. We put both side by side.

The lowest one decides where we start.

BottleneckSales · this is where we start

That's why two specialists on the same revenue can need completely opposite paths:

01 / 03

If the bottleneck is sales

There's demand, but it doesn't close.

  1. 1
SalesA sales process that doesn't change with every lead.
  2. 2
OfferMatch what you sell to what actually closes.
  3. 3
AcquisitionOnly now is it worth bringing in more people.
  4. 4
    ProcessesWrite down what already works.
If the bottleneck is the offer

It sells, but to the wrong client.

  1. 1
PositioningWho it's for and why you.
  2. 2
OfferPrice and promise for that client.
  3. 3
SalesA sales conversation that fits the offer.
  4. 4
DeliveryA standard that protects your reputation.
If the bottleneck is operations

Everything works, but everything goes through you.

  1. 1
    OperationsClear numbers and priorities.
  2. 2
ProcessesWhat's in your head goes on paper.
  3. 3
DelegationPeople and digital employees take over.
  4. 4
GrowthNow the business can handle growth.

That's where your PAP, your Personal Action Plan, comes from: what to do, in what order, with which number and by when.

The order isn't a detail of the method. It is the method.

Once the bottleneck clears, the pieces of your business start talking to each other.

03 The ecosystem

A growing business doesn't rely
on a single way in.

Right now your content gets attention that doesn't turn into conversations. Conversations turn into proposals that go cold. Clients get results and nobody hears about it.
You're not missing pieces. You're missing the links between them.

Product ladder

Organises offers.

A sequence of price points and levels of support.

Ecosystem

Connects the business.

Content, conversations, sales, delivery and referrals working together.

A cycle that feeds itself.

Follower→Reader→Lead→Client→Success story→New follower

  1. FollowerFollows your content and starts to recognise your vision, your language and the way you work.
  2. ReaderReads, watches, saves. Before she ever talks to you, she already gets how you think.
  3. LeadLeaves her details in exchange for something useful: a diagnosis, a guide, a first chat. Now there's a direct relationship.
  4. ClientBuys the offer that makes sense for where she is, without having to climb every rung.
  5. Success storyPuts it into practice, gets results, leaves a testimonial, refers you. Her result becomes proof for the next client.

The business doesn't grow through more effort, but because the parts work together.

And every part that starts working becomes a system of your own.

04 The systems

You don't walk away with notes.
You walk away with your business running on paper.

Each stage of your plan closes a system: a part of the business that starts running with judgement, numbers and repetition,
without relying on your memory.

Without a system

Every sale, every delivery and every decision goes through your head. When you stop, the business stops with you.

With a system

The process is written down, has numbers and repeats itself. You decide, the structure delivers.

What you build won't look like anyone else's, because it comes from your bottleneck.

By the end of the six months, your digital office has, at the very least:

ProductWritten offerPromise, price and delivery in a document you actually use.
MarketingMessage and pathPositioning and an acquisition routine with numbers.
SalesSales scriptFrom first contact to close, repeatable.
OperationsManual and dashboardProcesses someone else can follow, and the number of the week.
Your digital team

And the repetitive stuff comes off your plate.
No need to hire five people to run like a proper company.

Digital employees are a team working inside your business, connected to your WhatsApp, email, calendar and CRM. Each one has a job and follows the process you've just built.

SalesTriageReplies to new enquiries, qualifies them and flags who's ready to talk.
SalesFollow-upPicks up stalled quotes and conversations at the right moment. No proposal forgotten.
SalesSchedulingBooks, confirms and reminds people about meetings without the back-and-forth.
ProductOnboardingWelcomes new clients, sends materials and looks after the first few days.
MarketingContentTurns your point of view into drafts in your voice, ready for you to review.
OperationsWeekly reportPulls the numbers together and shows what's slipped before it becomes a problem.

Autonomy without hiring or training a team. They kick in from month 2, once the process exists.

All of this happens over six months, in three phases.

05 Your plan for the first six months

Structure to sell better, run with less chaos
and grow profitably.

You get a sequence of decisions so the business generates cash, sells with a process and builds predictability.
The next 6 months aren't about doing more.

01
Phase 1 · Activate

Cash, clients and first sales

Months 1 and 2

The goal is to generate cash so the programme starts paying for itself. In our first 1:1 session we set:

  • your goal for the six months;
  • the highest-impact actions for your bottleneck;
  • the plan for the first 30 to 60 days.

Then we tweak your offer so it's easy to understand, easy to buy and easy to deliver. Your first sales push goes out within 15 days, to people who already know your work.

02
Phase 2 · Structure

Numbers that decide

Months 3 and 4

With the first sales in, we look at the numbers to find the next bottleneck:

  • getting more qualified conversations;
  • selling with a process, not winging it;
  • delivering without it all depending on you.

Everything lives in your Quinta Essência Portal, on your phone, so you decide with data rather than guesswork.

03
Phase 3 · Grow

Predictability without the complexity

Months 5 and 6

With the foundations in place, the focus shifts to management and rhythm:

  • strengthen your main way in and open a second one;
  • improve the offer based on what clients have shown you;
  • delegate what's ready, including to digital employees;
  • map out the next 12 months.

By the end of month 6, you open the portal on a Monday and know:how much came in, where it came from, what's stuck and what to do this week.

Today I look at it and think: I finally have a company, not a pile of attempts."

Michelle Luk

I'm Michelle Luk.

Business owner. Business strategist. Brazilian, based in London, working across the UK, Spain and the international market.

I founded my own agency, had business partners, got things badly wrong… and learnt loads.

I spent 15 years inside European companies: Santander, O2, Novartis, Virgin Media, projects with McKinsey. I saw up close how a company decides when there are numbers, processes, a team and pressure to deliver.

I also saw the opposite: methods that look lovely on a slide and don't survive a Monday of real operations.

When I left corporate, I built my own business outside Brazil, selling to a market that thinks, buys and decides differently.

Today my business is heading towards almost €600k in annual revenue; and everything I teach is what I apply, in my own business and inside European companies.

Along the way, I turned everything I learnt into frameworks and brought it together in one place, as organised, practical and straight to the point as possible.

Here, you learn directly with me through masterclasses, short courses and acceleration programmes.

You also get access to a community of seriously brilliant people who share the same vision:

Growing together, with clarity and structure.

08 FAQs

Do I need to be selling already?

Quinta isn't for someone still working out what they offer. You need an offer, some sales experience and a real business to look at. Revenue levels vary. What matters is having something concrete to organise, measure and improve.

Do I need to be in Europe?

No. You can do Quinta from wherever you are. If your goal is to sell to European clients, that layer goes into the diagnosis: offer, communication, sales process and market context.

Will I have to stop selling to my current clients?

No. The first phase works with the base you already have. The idea is to organise the business without cutting off what's already bringing in money.

How soon will I see results?

The first priority is getting a sales action moving within the first 15 days. Results come at different speeds, because they depend on your offer, your sales cycle, your existing base and the implementation. What you get from day one is a clear order: what to track and which decision to make next.

How many hours a week do I need?

It depends on how much time you have. That's why the first activity in the programme is the Business Identity: we set the pace around your real diary, not an ideal one. You won't spend hours watching lessons. You'll need time to make decisions and implement the current cycle's system.

Will paying in 6 instalments tie up my card limit?

No. It's not a card instalment plan. It's 6 monthly payments of €480, each one charged in its own month.

What if I don't sell in the first month?

The first sale isn't the only indicator. If it doesn't happen, we look at the whole path: offer, audience, conversations, proposals, follow-up, decision time and conversion. The aim is to find where the process stalls, not to treat a missing sale as a personal failure.

What happens after the six months?

By the end, you'll have a clearer read of your business, systems built for where you are and a plan for the next cycles. Carrying on isn't automatic. It depends on what the business needs after this first stage.

Do I need a team?

No. Most people start on their own. Delegation, processes and digital employees only come in when they make sense for that stage of the business.
